Tasty Tuesday: Yummy Milkshake

Welcome back! Hope you are having a fabulous week.

My life has been filled to the brim with busyness this past week, so I am bringing you a sweet and simple recipe this time: An Awesome Milkshake. That’s right, a milkshake. It’s wonderful for those of you with sore mouths or sore throats, and it can be modified to help you gain some weight! Woo!

Now that we are all excited and collectively craving milkshakes, here’s what you need…

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup skim milk
  • 2 cups frozen nonfat vanilla yogurt or fat-free ice cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup (if you want a chocolate shake)

Directions:

Throw all of that goodness into a blender, blend it up, and voila! Awesome milkshake. If you would like to modify it to help you gain weight, nix the yogurt or ice cream and add in a vanilla nutritional beverage of your choice.
