Registration is limited to the first 25 new patients per weekAdditional comments: Reduced cost services if meet financial guidelines. a. There is a 2.00 charge for registration and a $2.00 administrative fee for each visit thereafter. b. There is a $5.00 registration fee required for dentures. c. There is a $5.00 registration fee for orthodontic services for children.
