Their treatment must require a 3-day or longer stay in the area and be in active treatment at least 3 days per week.  Patients must be able to care for themselves, and are allowed one adult guest to stay with them in their room.Additional Requirements:
Over 18 years of age, Have a permanent residence and provide the Hope Lodge upon arrival with a copy of the patient and caregiver's current driver’s license or other proof of residence (Utility bill, State ID card, etc.), Agree to stay at the Hope Lodge only between the start and end date for treatment as specified on the referral form, Not currently under parole for a felony charge, and have not been convicted of a felony in the past 5 years, Agree to be admitted no sooner than one day prior to treatment initiation and will vacate the Lodge no later than 24 hours following completion of treatment

Atlanta Hospital Hospitality Houses404-377-6333https://www.atlhhh.orgThe Atlanta Hospital Hospitality House accommodates anyone as long as they have been referred by the hospital chaplain’s or social worker’s office and live 40 miles outside of Atlanta.We currently provide service to patients and family members at over 30 area hospitals and medical facilities including Emory Healthcare (Emory Midtown, Emory University Hospital and all campus medical facilities), Marcus Autism Center, the VA Medical Center, Dekalb Medical Center, Winship Cancer Center, Kennestone Hospital, Shepherd Center, Grady Medical Center, Kindred Hospital and the Atlanta Medical Center.

House is located 15 minutes?from Wellstar Cobb Hospital and 25 minutes from Wellstar Cancer Center. ?House is two bedrooms and is only available to one resident at a time. There are no costs associated with staying at Hope House. Residents must be 18 or older, or have a parent/guardian staying with them if under 18.

The Open Arms Foundation is the corporate charity of Mid America Apts (MAA). Open Arms homes are intended for families receiving temporary medical treatment. These 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (4 person occupancy) furnished apartments are not intended as permanent housing for individuals requiring life-long treatment. There are no age limitations or income requirements to stay in an Open Arms home, however guests will need to meet certain minimal requirements. Stay is dependent upon the availability in the area.

It is not possible to accommodate all patients in the on-site guest rooms, these rooms are reserved for patients with special needs or patients undergoing special treatments
